Anyone else find this site a bit addictive. Or do I just need to get out more?

Yes and ... er ...yes!

I've posted over 1100 answers on here since joining on September 10th. Some of these have involved long afternoons in the library or 50-mile round trips in the car, so I think I'm well-qualified to say that this site is definitely addictive.

I also think that I'm well-qualified to suggest that we both need to get out more! (At least AB is saving me money. These cans are cheaper than the beer in the pub!)

I agree Chris, the �3.00 bottle of vino I get is much more value for money than pub prices! I am a newbie here, only a couple of weeks, but find myself unable to go on pc with out going onto AB. Think I need therapy!

definately addictive. I don't need to get out more, but I do need to get up off my butt and do some housework and some actual RL stuff. AB is turning my house into a skip.

And, I read and answer and type a load of old drivvel. It isn't even as if it is ALL useful. What's that all about then?

oh yes, very addictive, i have it on my aol toolbar for easy acsess and come in ab a few times a day, and go through the category list in the same way! omg how sad!

I remember the first time I visited this site...... I thought - oh that's not very interesting!! even thought about giving the person who gave me the link a bit of a roasting for wasting my time :o\
then.. days later I happened upon it again, then again and AGAIN!!

So, here I am, still trawling the corridors of Ab, AND NO SIGN OF THE EXIT!!!

Ditto all of the above. I have recently taken to having a notepad and pencil on me as I come up with so many things where I need to ask AB. How sad. I'll just get a top up too!

I am always making notes about asking questions on AB and always get good answers, very helpful. Everyone seems friendly and I like helping other people with their questions! I find the site useful occasionally, funny quite often. I think that we enjoy the camaraderie of like souls, being able to talk/write to each other without shyness, personal apperance, or scocial position being relevant. Addictive no, refreshing, yes.

Yes it is far too addictive. I do find it a distraction and end up late for other things I am meant to be getting on with.
