Have vegetarian guests coming to stay. Any quick, easy and nutritious meals I can do which doesn't involve a lot of chopping vegetables? Quorn isn't an option as can't buy it here.

If you take a tin of economy beans from the super market and seive off the delicious sauce having the beans and the delicious separately. Take a fork and mush up all the beans into a consistent paste. Mix in a egg white with the crushed beans and add salt and pepper to taste. If you are fealing really adventurous you could also add a little bit of kajun powder to the mixture. Shape the paste of baked beans and seasoning into flying saucer shapes and put on heat in a frying pan. Cook these both sides and put them in the oven to keep warm.
Next take the delicious sauce and squeeze a quarter of a lime into it and sprinkle in a bit of freshly grated cheese.
Bring the sauce to a simmer and sprinkle in half a packet of vegetarian cuppa soup while stirring.
Quickly get the bean burgers out of the oven and put them on a plate. Pour the sauce over them not leaving a drop (as it tastes so nice).
Take a piece of corriander and put it on top of one of the bean burgers and hey presto there you have a really lovely meal!
If you want to really make an impact you could sprinkle over a few sun flower seeds over the meal but usually we only had this on a special opccassion so it depends how much you like your friend!
