Screenshot using a mac keyboard ?

I have a PC but am using a mac keyboard. It doesn't have the print screen button. How can I do this? I have looked online and there are various suggestions none of which I can make work. fn + shift + F11 is one, but I have NO keys that say shift on them- so which one is the shift key?
