Veggie Gravy
In a wee saucepan, pour 200 ml of boiling water over 3 tablespoons tomato puree, 1 tablespoon soya sauce and 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs. Mix well, leave for about 10 minutes, then heat up. In a mug mix 4 teaspoon Bisto Powder (NOT the granules, they're not veggie) with about 50 ml COLD water and mix to a paste. When the tomato puree water is coming to the boil, add the Bisto paste and keep stirring. If it doesn't thicken up nicely, add a further cold water paste mix (Bisto and water). If it thickens up too quickly and you get lots of lumps, get the whisk out or push everything through a sieve.
Serve over Bravo Girl's Nut Roast and enjoy
