How long do I need to charge a mobile phone? I`ve been given a 2yr Nokia but no handbook. Thanks

Go to nokias website as they give user manuals on the internet (pdf files ) dont worry it is nothing you cant do yourself

It should say on screen, battery full when charged.

Hi Nita, All mobile phones automatically stop charging when the battery is fully charged. When you plug the charger in to the phone it should beep and then show a charging status bar (usually R/H side of screen on a nokia). This will usually go off when it is completed.

Be aware that mobile phone batteries don't last for ever and there is a limit to the number of recharge cycles, when they are approaching the end of their usable life you will find that the battery charge lasts less and less time until you might need to charge more than once per day !
