In the garden, we have just seen an adult Greater Spotted Woodpecker with a young one. The adult was pecking at the the peanuts and feeding the younger one. A lovely sight. Beautiful colours.

How lovely! They really are beautiful birds, I get one on the feeders quite often but have never seen them with their young.
