Saw a very smart car in Haymarket London recently headed towards St James Palace, number plate HRH WE. Whose was it ? Had a Royal crest on, just a chauffeur driving, no passenger unfortunately. A couple of weeks before the Royal Celebrations, he had just come of out a theatre around lunchtime it was showing One Man Two Guvnors, possibly buying the Royals a ticket ??

Could it be Prince Edward's, the WE being for Wessex?
You wouldn't think a Royal would have a personalised number plate
It should have some numbers somewhere
should it not have been made up of letters and numbers i thought the only car without a plate was Her Maj roller.
Not a legit plate -looks butchered -don't think Royals would be that tacky?
Can't answer but just to say back in the 70's Prince Charles' car ran over my foot. I know it was Charles cos he was in the back.
not a valid plate, you sure that's what it had on it? It's possible that it is Hx HWE, differently spaced and the number in position x made to look like an R

Possibly WE II ... can't remember now. Sorry all. Is William's middle name Edward? wondered if it was his car.
Willie's full name is...William Arthur Philip Louis.

Ron.
don't know but looking at the car the Queen was in the other day had no number plate.
The official Royal cars do not have a numberplate. Any they privately own do, but cannot find that one listed when googled. They all seem to have pretty mundane plates.
It was obviously the Royal We.
