File Gathering

Does anyone know of a program that will gather files with criteria in common(eg all mp3s with a bitrate of 320kbps) from a directory and subdirectories, and put them all together in a specified directory? Thanks in advance.

that's a very specific thing your asking, i don't believe there is such a program, with windows you can search for eg *.mp3 and can specify a file size, but other than that i'm unaware of a way to search by bitrate other than within media players such as winamp. of course you could do what i do and convert them all to .ogg files which is smaller file size and un-patented :)
