The representation of a nurse (another toothpaste advert) 'My smile is an important part of me being a nurse' Give me strength.....

Not forgetting the 91% out of 38 women surveyed.

Any other gripes?

That's an interesting example as it is one of the most successful TV ads of all time

You'll find it in the Top Ten of most charts either compiled by industry or public votes

And, pertinent to my earlier post, has a perfect anchor to the Brand.

That's the thing tho Alice, I remember some adverts because they annoy me but necessarily the product which means the ad-men have failed.

i rarely remember what they are advertising, like the fat tenor, some sort of insurance i think. But i do remember the Hovis adverts as they had style, and not a little bit of nostalgia.

Anyone remember the two boys in pyjamas in the Heinz beans ad?
You can't have ? for breakfast, you can't have porridge for tea, but we have heinz beans everytime my brother John and me, we haven't had them yet today, there's something wrong we said, until we found the reason was, we'd just got out of bed. We knew because of our pyjamas. The ? is because I can't remember what it was you couldn't have for breakfast and it's driving me nuts! Anyone remember the ad, or what it is I've forgotten - I really must go lie down in that darkened room
