archers update please
can anyone please fill me in on what I missed in the Amy storyline - only listen to the Sunday omnibus and missed it last week. Unil today I thought carl had broken it off and Amy was devastated but also angry with Usher (sp) for not telling she thought he was married. Then I missed it. Now today it seems Amy is still angry with Usher but doesn't believe Carl and his wife are living as a couple. So has Carl got back in touch and wants to carry on or what? Sorry for the rambling but I was confused this morning.

Alice has found that Carl is married, and has a child, but she can't convince Amy to drop the idea that it must be a loveless marriage and that Carl really loves her. Amy is becoming increasingly irrational, and it's driving Alan and Usha nuts.

Up to date news ! The scales have finally fallen from Amy's eyes. Carl the Lover Rat has shown his true colours. If it had been me, he would have had a swift knee in the ***, but I guess Amy is well brought up for that. She is the Vicars daughter, afterall !
She is now all lovey-dovey again with Usher.
In the mean time, can anybody explain how on earth Alice got that degree in Engineering?
She has obviously got a brain the size of a squirrel !
