I think everyone should strip off and go nude today in honour of a great documentary last night. What were everyone's thoughts?

Was that the one about the hitch hikers I keep seeing advertised?

Thought it was pointless to be honest, a big waste of time. But that's only my opinion. Thought that bloke was an extreme attention seeker and really annoyed me, especially when delibratly eating with his mouth full along with other deliberate rebellious tendencies.

I just didn't get the whole concept of it.

Meant to say eating with his mouth open and talking when his mouth was full.

I don't know who was dafter - the guy, the girlfriend, or the camp follower. He just wanted to have everyone fall in with his way of thinking and not compromise his 'principles' . Of course people were going to object if he went into a supermarket/pub/B&B without any clothes on! Of course he was going to get arrested eventually! He must have known that but he still persisted. Greggo's right - total attention seeker.

Undoubtedy a big attention seeker. I have a feeling that after he left the marines he probably couldn't go back to leading a normal life and needed something else to spur him on. Doesn't make it a bad documentary though,as it was am interesting story. Bear in mind that One Life is a series about exactly that - 1 person's life, so rather than a debate on nudism etc, it's a story about a person, and an interesting one at that.

I think some of his basic points are fairly sound. I don't want to walk naked around Tesco, but it is bizarre how horrifying and disgusting we perceive our own naked bodies to be.

I really enjoyed it, I thought the film maker did a really good job, it was quite comical the way it was done like when the follower guy bough him some chocs for looking after his bag! I found it sweet and funny wouldnt do it myself mind!

Great when they climbed carefully over the barbed wire fence!

I thought it was hilarious.

Especially enjoyed the bloke that tried to 'out-nude' them all. "What? You slept in clothes? I always sleep nude."

Steve's case was hampered by the fact that he didn't come across as being all that bright, or articulate. Mel seemed sweet, and I felt sorry for her because she seemed to get a lot more stick than the fellas - some of the women especially were really horrible to her.

I think we should have celebrity nude hiking.

I think it is too bloody cold
What a numpty the main bloke was! Was good viewing though, I especially liked him getting a taste of his own medicine when he brought his other girly friend and the two women got it on without him.
Thought it was great, shame the guy had so many emotional problems. Spoke a lot of rubbish! As if it was her fault that she had an emotional response to the fact that he bogged off with another girlfriend for the evening! Least he understood when she copped off with her! Made me giggle :-)
..I was channel hopping last night and tuned in 15 mins through... after about 10 mins I was convinced it was a spoof documentary! ..in a spinal tap kinda way...is this for real or not?... still it was very good, and it was highly interesting to see different people's reactions to the hikers...especially that little old lady, and the funeral party...sheesh come on you couldn't make this stuff up ...or could ya?...
