We buy ours online from Healthspan, in Guernsey, good quality at a good price. Cheapest not always a good option.
asda...around £3 for 30 x
I agree - Healthspan
Holland and Barrett quite often have 2 for the price of 1 deals so it`s worth keeping and eye out for them.
Supermarkets I found were the cheapest.
I took these for years thinking I was helping my old bones and then read somewhere that it did not do the job they had thought. I asked my GP and she said I was wasting my money so I stopped buying them. I don't feel any different.
I think they`re more for joints than bones. They come combined with condroitin and MSM as well now. I know runners who swear by them.
*Chondroitin*
