i have just one tomato plant (alicante) the plant seems to be thriving apart from white staining on leaves, like bleach has been poured on it,doesnt look like blight.any ideas?.thanks
The previous answer may well be correct, but, if you've had really wet weather (some of which we could use here in the western U.S.) leaves on tomatoes can get he white spots you describe. They like even watering... not to dry, not to wet. they certainly complain if they're standing in water very much.
Wouldn't hurt to give it just a smiggin of nitrogen fertilizer around the base and work it into the soil...
