Weird week so far

Monday night, 8.30 Knock on the door, then it got thumped, then the letter box was rattled severely.
It takes me more than 2 seconds to answer the front door. Jeez.
Charity guy was met with, 'can't you give folk a chance to answer their door without trying to bash it in?' 'We're in a no cold-calling area anyway so go away'
He legged it up the street.

Make sure every liquid is in its proper container sloopy. That could have been very nasty.

Only go out on Hallowee'en, it's fun when the crowd get together :-D

mr sloop is a mechanic alba, it doesn't work like that....

the local kids don't knock on our door on Mischief Night anymore. Apparently the expected response to "trick or treat" is not "trick, and make it good brats"

yes he did alba,woke him at 8am he couldnt remember why, but did get up, had passable lunch at 1.30pm after I returned from the nail parlour [ well I am an Essex gran !] left him parma ham & melon, home made veggie soup and two brown pitta bread [ hes a diabolic -sorry I meant diabetic] call me Mrs Neverwin as I couldnt win a sausage at bingo, came home had a few voddys and then it was me who raided the fridge and finished off the parma ham ! another exciting episode tomorrow, sleep tight alba x deex

Sloane's Linament takes me back, my grandad used to reek of White Horse OIls it was disgusting smell and grandma of Thermogen wool which she used to slip down her corsets next to her back for lumbago.
Those wre the days !
