Anyone know of high street opticians or charity shops which accept old reading glasses? Ta Muchly.

Hi Woodelf (waves madly). I can't help with your query but I just wanted to say hello.
Try your local Lions Club.
I know Specsavers used to do this several years ago, I took about 8 pairs in when my father in law died - it's worth asking them. They used to send them to Africa.

Hey up Mrs O and a nice reet thing to do too, so it's how do to thee and I hope tha's feeling well and not getting too rusty with all this darn weather!...wavy arms back and big smile!
Our local doctors have a glasses recycling box in the surgery maybe yours do something similar or know of a scheme.
