strimmer cuts out on full throttle

I have an echo 4000 which did work very well I now cuts out at full throttle. I have cleaned the air filter and the fuel filter and checked the spark plug is clean. I have looked at the carb. but dont see anything untoward.
groo ... any bright ideas out there ???????

Sure... you probably need to adjust the full throttle needle, which is one of two farily small screws side by side, and both have tiny springs behind them. Run the device to full throttle and, with a small bladed straight screw driver, move the screw in or out enough to smooth the wide open running...
