Bruised Shins

I'm already nursing a lovely bruise on my left shin, suffered from jumping up and down screaming at Mo Farah during the 5000m and tomorrow I think I'll make up the matching pair after doing EXACTLY the same during the boxing today. It was worth the pain though:-)))

My OH, who never, ever watches sport on the TV or anywhere else is mooching around with withdrawal symptoms, bemoaning what we'll do now! When I tell him, Same as the other 66 years, he thinks I'm unsympathetic. Seeing him doing a Mexican wave and yelling his head off at Eton Dornay was a sight to behold, the grandchildren refuse to believe me.
