I boiled 2 eggs on friday and i just opened one and the yolk has turned a semi-blue/grey colour! What does that?

I know some people who will boil eggs for 25 minutes because they wanted them 'hard boiled'. About 4 to 5 minutes is fine, and then drop them in cold water.
The yolks will then be bright yellow and fluffy textured rather than dull yellow, crumbly, and with a blue / grey ring around the outermost part.
