Many Public sector workers on strike yesterday and now this today, so back to normal, the feelgood factor didn't last long.

as i have to rely on these people at DWP, as do some others on here, trying to get through on the phone is no easy task at the best of times, and many were on strike yesterday. That info was from the DWP today. The reason that the buses, trains ran reasonably well in London was they had a sweetener to do so. Had Boris not bribed them wonder if it would have been as friendly a games as they made out.
JTP you don't have to have right wing to run the country down, you do that often enough.
