It was quite jolly. Only £8. There's a commentary by Steve Coogan! (I mean, recorded ... he doesn't sit in the pod with you).
He tells you lots of local trivia. Most of it I knew, but ... did you know that Roedean School's most famous Old Girl is ... Lady Penelope from Thunderbirds. It was worth the £8, just for that.
I suppose now I can tell people ... "You really should go on the Eye". It would have sounded a bit lame when I hadn't done it myself.
What should we do if we come to your town? Anything?
Ill be back to normal by the end of the night when i am "fankled ankles" the gin affects my walking so the heels come off. They rest on my knee all the way through the mcdonalds drive through ;0> lol x
It's a rule of nights out ... like "no telling tales" and "no photos".
On the prom, that's how you can tell if people are going out, or on their way home. Unless they are going on to one of the all night beach front clubs ... then the shoes may be off already!
i think honeysuckle weeks is pretty famous. Meg Mortimer apparently went to Roedean and sarah miles. but i think you mis heard the bit about lady penelope.
You can visit the Time and Tide museum ,look around one of the last drifters ,visit the Nelson Museum and the historic Quay ,look around the old town walls ,visit Anna Sewells house, take a trip along the broads ,visit the historic city of Norwich ,look at an old Roman fort .
Have some proper chips and eat cockles on the market and stroll along miles of golden sand ..no stony old Brighton beaches here .)
Oh and I forgot a real treat - Shaneystar2, what about a visit to The Hippodrome Circus with its facinating water pool and the synchronised swimming team! I LOVE it.
Yes Baldric, it sounds like we've swapped counties! (Haven't been to Roys for ages mind) How about Lathams at Potter Heigham, remember that? Doesn't change.
