It could be a De Tomaso Pantera, like the one owned by Elvis Presley, in the pic

It's hard (Even with Sky+) to get a clear shot of the bum of the car, but here's a closer pic of the back of one and I think the Pantera logo is as close to the one in the ad.....

Yep, it's a De Tomaso Pantera, a 73 or 74 model (the earlier ones had chrome bumpers, after 73 they got black bumpers)
