Personally, I think the answer is most do not believe.

Without anyone admitting in this thread whether they believe or not, my curiosity could be answered by an official poll being conducted by AB's Ed.

Should therefore I put forward the matter in the 'Suggestions' category.

I believe in God. My IQ, as authenticated by MENSA (of which I am not a member because I am not a conceited self- opinionated prick who believes that such figures are the be all and end all of life) is 159.

IQ tests have long been dismissed as toys for people who can answer a certain type of question but many, unlike you. are otherwise as thick as pig excrement. Grow up, this debate is for really intelligent and common-sensed folks. I certainly know what a pseud is; it is derived from the Greek word "pseudos" meaning false. The only reason I have typed this in word in Latin characters rather than the original Attic alphabet is that I do not wish to lay myself open to the charge of being a poseur (a French word by the way).

More seriously, I apologise Mike, my response to your contribution was OTT. Just hope you see some tiny bit of sense in my debate-point that IQ is irrelevant to a religious discussion e.g. illiterate innumerate faithful. OK by me if they are happy, I am not an atheist evangelist.

Perhaps the people who don't believe are more vocal than those that do, ron. I don't think you can make that sort of assumption. Some ABers never go into the R&S section, so they never comment.
