it isn't bad luck but if anything god forbid goes wrong you would balme the fact that ou'd brought the pram in, mind you, it's only a new pram, a second hand one isn't bad luck
and listen to what i tell you as i know it's the truth
How's the fund raising going, dot ?.

Dotty,
Thank you, I will go with that, it is secondhand, my grandaughter had me pick it up after she bought it on ebay, but my o.h. ( irish origins, full of don't " do that it's bad luck" observations) is worried about delivering it.
so, it's second hand, and going into the shed. i think the luck bit must end there.
Sounds like a good plan (just to be on the safe side).
tony It's early days yet, but 2014 is just around the corner, I shall expect everyone to contribute and not hold back on their generosity
Righto dot, I understand :-)
Percypineapple, it shouldn't be superstition that stops you walking under ladders - it should be common sense.
I won a Silver Cross pram from a local shop as the daughter was born on the exact date I was told at my 3 month check-up. (It's the only time she's been on time for anything)
