foot cream for very dry skin... is 30% urea enough?

I ask because the soles of feet have been really dry recently, especially around the left heel. I am using an emolient with 30% urea.

I found the lower urea content better. The higher urea content creams made my feet burn when I used them...not burn like acid burn or sunburn but very hot and uncomfortable. It was so bad that I had to stop using it. The podiatrist I spoke to said its not uncommon and suggested this stuff which has a lower urea content and soothing essential oils in. It was soothing to use and worked well on the dry split skin.
