I know, me too, I think it's an insult putting them on Channel 4, or any advert channel.

i also think it's an insult. able bodied participants had a lengthier opening ceremony and oodles of channels on the bbc to cover events and highlights. having the paralympics covered by c4 in such a way shows just how little the disabled athletes are thought of and sidelined - justlike any other area of their lives. appalling.

I was looking forward to watching the Paralympics but am afraid I can't stand adverts so we will be recording as much as possible then we can fast forward when the ad's come on.

As someone said it's an insult to have the games transmitted on on a commercial channel !!!

Trying to enjoy it as well but advert breaks very annoying, I've had a little doze, played scrabble, done a crossword, why have it on Channel 4! Don't you think it would be better if just a representative from each country paraded the other members could cheer them on from a special spectators seating area then the show begins, it is very long and those breaks make it longer!

ads irritating, but the rest wasn't, as to the Beeb, didn't think they put in a bid, or if they did it wasn't enough. which makes me think that is how they viewed the Paralympics, as not up to the mark, silly because it will be.
