Did anyone watch Frankie Boyle on TV last night?

I'm not sure Jokes is the right section for this, but I caught a few minutes of this and felt quite uncomfortable at times. I'd have hated being in the audience in case the camera caught me at the wrong moment.
Anyway, I half heard a joke the audience found hilarious about Mo Farah's success leading to fewer hospitals being built but I must have missed part of it because I didn't have a clue what he meant. Can anyone tell me what the joke was please (with the F words omitted)?

Frankie Boyle is a bit over the top with his jokes. They are not all funny, some of them are downright cruel. A bit like Frank Carson - not to everybody's taste.

He mentioned how many hospitals could have been built with the cost of the Olympics. Broke that down into how much each medal cost us...Mo cost us 2 hospitals...something like that.
