Can anyone tell me the name of a double agent who had a meeting with J.Edgar Hoover prior to the Pearl Harbor attack? - Hoover was suspicious of him and doubted the agents information that a surprise attack was imminent.
My memory tells me the agent was Popov- but I'm unsure.
Please paste any links you have as I would love to read a biography on this man.
