A colleague has shot some woodpigeons and has kindly given me the dressed breasts of two birds . I've googled several recipes but none seem to include the double cream sitting in the fridge which I'd also like to use up .
I've got onions , chillis , garlic , wooster sauce (not even trying to spell that) and herbs growing in the pots outside - any ideas folks ?

I lightly fry mine after dusting with seasoned flour and crumble fried black pudding over the breasts serve with salad
If you had mushrooms or leeks you could use the cream in a sauce with those. Can't think of anything with your ingredients.
Look up rabbit or chicken in a Dijohn sauce. It's cream with mustard and absolutely delicious.
I'd Fry the onions and garlic with the chilli and whatever herb you like season and then add the cream at the end. Pan fry the breasts, when cooked, pour over the cream sauce. Job done.
