Weird feeling/sensation.....
24 Answers
Driving to work this morning I stopped at my usual quiet piece of road where I read my kindle for half an hour before I drive to work, (It's the only time I get peace and quiet!), when all of a sudden, I started to feel dizzy, but it wasn't the feeling that I was dizzy but that the world was spinning around me. This lasted for a few minutes and then went as quick as it came.
When I eventually arrived at work I felt ok. Then while I was mucking out the horses, again all of a sudden, I felt very depressed and sad and felt as if I could just break down and sob my heart out, but I don't know why. I managed to hold it together but since then I feel really delicate.
It's so hard to explain as I have never felt like this before. I'm normally a get up and get on with it person so feeling like this is totally alien to me.
I'm no more stressful that normal, been on all my current medication for a good while now so I don't think it's that. I'm 42 so I'm now thinking menopause?...could it be starting?....is this a symptom?
Does anyone know of a reason this could have happened?
Thankyou
