My daughter is Manageress of a Bookmakers dealing with people all day and she has to be pleasant even though she don't feel like it. Same in hairdressers. I bet half of them are not really interested in what you tell them but they have to be polite.

Hiya Tone..my sweet..my love...he was bright enough yesterday will be seeing his consultant this morning..hopefully the biopsy results are in..then we will know what we are dealing with..we are all in the dark at the moment..not knowing and fearing the worst is the pits...
