Well, quite Bednobs. I've always got a packet of Beechams capsules and Echniacea (sp) in the house these days.

i got soaked on the way in by a kindly passing motorist

my socks and trainers are on the radiator drying. i had a rubbish night and didn't get much sleep, therefore i am in a joyous mood
