Squid + Noodles

I have just prepared squid for the first time. It was gross!!! Much slimier than I thought. It's now in the fridge marinating in teriyaki sauce. It better be nice!!

I have plain rice noodles to go with it. What would you do with them? I have ginger/chilli/garlic etc...?

Skewer and grill the squid, basting with the Teriyaki sauce you marinated it in. Chop spring onion, garlic, and veggies of your choice and stir fry with the noodles.

Decorate with a balut on the top ;-p
