Stiff and Sore

It was such a lovely warm day yesterday and I was in the garden for quite a few hours cutting grass, pruning bushes and digging over a plot ready for next year.
Boy am I feeling it today. Muscles I didn't know I had are aching. Not to worry, the garden looks lovely and I'm off for another hot bath.
