Re museli for a change try Aldi Harvest Morn Benefit with red fruit [ not the plain ones] less than 2% fat, its not like museli more like brown flakes but its rather nice.

Apologies for absence. mrs cook pushed the computer off a cliff on saturday and it crashed quite spectacularly. This means a new one probably (sighs) unless my bro' can kick some life back into it. So in the mean time I'll brew the coffee and you all just help yourselves in the mornings. I am using my old dads' computer at the minute to catch up on the e-mails. Take care all. dtc

we misssed you Dicky, cant you send your poorly computer to the computer hospital ? we have an old computer up in our once spare room which I have not used since CS bought me a new lap top in June, I used it yesters to print something and I cant believe that I had the patience to wait soooo long for any activity on the thing.
