NCIS - What are the abreviations used like APB

When they want to keep an eye out for someone in NCIS they don't seem to use word like APB very much instead they use something else like MOBO or something similar. Can anyone remember what the word is, and what it stands for.

APB All Points Bulletin, a general police alert

there's the MTAC which is the room with the big screen, the communications base. then APB is all points bulletin, the Probi means probationary, gunny is gunnery sargeant.
