When I heard the sentences, agree farcical. What I have wondered is do these 'carers' go into this work with a desire to bully and inflict pain or is it something they either 'learn from others' or are 'driven to' once inside?

I have said it before and i will say it again some of these judges are not fit to pass sentences,they are either to old and decrepit or they have not got a clue of the real world.
