Reasons to be cheerful

1. It's the weekend.
2. It's the B'ham Beer Festival and I'm meeting up with some lovely Ab'ers.
3. I have a fresh cup of tea in front of me.
4. I don't know whether to eat out, have a takeaway or get some racks of lamb from waitrose for tonight...decisions, decisions...

5. I've just been out for a nice run.
