A diclofenac tablet after taking paracetamol I took a couple of paracetamol for a headache this morning but now my back pain has started and I know the paracetamol won't touch it

I take diclofenac twice a day and also 2 paracetamol every 4-6 hours. I have taken diclofenac at the same time as the paracetamol with no trouble.
