just from the look of it, it could be either, a rhino with a frilly lace cap (that'd be a Dutch girl rhino, I expect) or a shark. The thingy sticking up isn't anatomically correct as a horn or a fin, so it could be either too.

My guess is sticking your feet in the frilly bit makes it a shark.
