When I'm deserving off a treat Trish makes me a Whisk(e)y and Pecan cake she doesn't make it very often as it's full of everything I'm not supposed to eat.

Red velvet is my absolute fave but I also love coconut cake, choc cake, baked cheesecake, lemon drizzle cake, lemonade cake, mud cake, mousse cake etc.....is it any wonder I am always on a diet??

The small chocolate cupcakes with chocolate topping and little balls on top from ALDI.....four in a packet...just enough for a lad like me with a pot of tea...yummy!

When I can persuade her - Queenofmean baking my favourite Cherry & Almond cake - she baked a Devil's food cake last week normally I'm not that keen on chocolate cake (with the exception of Sachertorte) but hers was nice and moist but very rich (hope she makes it again!)
