I have currently put on a lot of weight can anyone suggest any methods of gradually loosing weight?

You learn what foods are rubbish and just not worth the calories and which ones are good for you and low calorie. And nobody has to see it but you, so no point in cheating. Plus I look at my total over the week rather than daily. Also alternate day fasting is great for health as well as weight loss - google it and watch the bbc programme on it.
