On yer bike

Is there any one on here that has NEVER ridden a bicycle ? Just wondered as Ive been cycling since my early schooldays and have never been without a bike. Im not trying to discriminate either but is it possible for visually impaired or partial hearing ( esp balance problems) to cycle ?

re-balance problems.i used to be able to cycle but cant now,i keep falling to the side,it would have to be a three wheeler now.
