Perhaps those that have to undergo such tests when others do not, will now be able to shout discrimination, just as those who object to having to undergo stop and searches do?

Surely this is deliberate discrimination, or doesn't it work that way round?

AOG you are beating your head against a brick wall, as to this piece of nonsense, aren't we spied on by CCTV every minute of every day, our post can be intercepted if some jobsworth feels it's of use to state security, or they are just being officious. Phone calls can be monitored, forget the phone hacking of the journalists, this really makes me wonder at our so called freedoms. If they roped in all the money the treasury is owed by corporate tax dodgers, it would be enough to fill the coffers for many a year, enough to stop the fecking snoopers invading our lives ever more.
