I'm going out tonight for wine, calamari and other delights, so no cooking for me!

How about you?

Ps... Really looking forward to the AB meet-up on Wednesday. I will, naturally, be on my best behaviour :)

A flame-haired oirish charmer, DT. It was more of a squeeze than a pinch.
Day off for me, daughter is cooking a roast with all the trimmings.
Cheese and tomato bruschetta, roast beef with all the trimmings, raspberry pavlova. Yum yum yum.
Tandoori chicken with cachumber, onion relish and a mint raita.

Humber, I'd make a risotto or a pilaff with the leftover chicken.

Faggots.

Calamari is off the menu now, having takeaway instead.
A steakwich, eating it right now and very tasty it is to.
I had tempura prawns....very nice.

Then...Roast beef, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, cauliflower & broccoli cheese, carrots and cabbage. It was lush...

I'm looking forward to Wednesday, I hope it's not too cold....

Horseradish?
No, mustard. I forgot to buy horseradish.

I cooked extra so he could take it to work so he has a full roast dinner tomorrow...that'll banjax him :-)

I'm looking forward to Wednesday too.
Try horseradish with beetroot - Waitrose sell it ready-made if you don't want to make it. It's apparently a traditional accompaniment to gravadlax but it goes very well with roast beef, hot or cold.
