Well I have had a good weekend thankyou but I am not quite ready for christmas yet,I am taking OH to Edinburgh for a few days next week(50th)and cannot concentrate on anything until we come back.I have tree up and quite a few pressies but will wait until I get back to finish up.

monday today, and i am off work for two days (yippee!)

i have to drive a long distance round trip tomorrow for my mother

today .. i am about to pop into town for shopping, then later on continue christmas preparations.

Fred you will have a great time here in Edinburgh..princes street is buzzing..BIG christmas market and winter wonderland with ice skating etc in the gardens.....try and get into the dome George Street for lunch wonderful christmas display and superb food..you will have to book though !.where are you staying ?

Hi there excel good shopping. Hi murray too,I was In Edinburgh 4 years ago for mams 70th It was fantastic the market was there,Ice-rink too.We stopped In the Waverley Hotel then but could not get booked up this time so we are at the Edinburgh central but hey we will still have a great time,my Oh has not been since he was a little boy.

In Hill Street ??..still very central only a 5/10 min walk to Princes Street...the ice rink and Market etc is much bigger than it was 4 years ago ..bring plenty of spondaloos with you !!!

No I don't think so,It Is just behind the waverley It says Princes St.on the Invoice.We looked It up on Internet we are a minutes walk to main street.
