put custard or cream on ANY hot pudding and my hubby loves it! fruit Pie or crumble, fruit/syrup/chocolate/sultana sponge, sticky toffee pudding, Jam roly-poly, spotted dick, Christmas pudding, crepe suzette, or things like baked egg custard with stewed fruit or rice/tapioca pud with a big blob of jam in the middle, all variations of bread and butter pudding also go down well with him too
