Can anyone help me with this problem??
My daughters laptop been abandoned in bedroom for about two weeks
Was brought yesterday to me with a problem
It wouldn't load looked ok at first but it was like there was a grey screen o. Top of everything ?? And whatever I tried nothing would work reboot factory restore couldn't even get a screen to come up holding down zero only gave me a wasnt closed downproperly option??? So anyway I eventually found an old disc I had that restored it to windows seven now its ok ish but very slow .
Looking at comp icon it seems to be using a lot of memory even though there's nothing installed??? Do you think it's possible windows seven has installed on top of vista instead of replacing it??? And how do I fix it only wanted to tidy up for her new iPod which Santa is bringing but now no idea how to proceed
I know it's likely that it has been knackered for a while ( hence why she hasn't been using it)!lol so how can I fix this
Any ideas anyone
