I knew that would get someone's attention!
I wore an underwired bra the other day and I didn't realise until that night that the underwire had poked through the material and had been rubbing against me all day. There was a red mark where it had been rubbing, but I thought that it would disappear after a little while. It hasn't gone and has now discoloured into a light brown and feels like it is slightly crusted over similar to an eczema type rash. I am planning on wearing a low cut dress on New Years Eve and this would be visible, is there anything I can put on it between now and then to either heal it, or make it less visible. Many thanks for any help given.

E45?
Hydrocortisone Cream or ointment 1%.

Sounds very much like an allergic type of response to the metal.
sudocream to heal it? Yves Saint Laurent Radiant Touch (touche eclat) to make it less visible. It's not particularly cheap, but works wonders in covering up small marks
As above - Hydrocortisone Cream. I have used "Daktakort" (check spelling) in the past although it was for a different area, but good results.

OK, I admit it, your first line was correct.
What Sqad said
Yep... I have no advice...I'm just here.
Mark isn't though
You could wear a modesty triangle to cover it.

see Hopkirk and Mick-Talbot, I knew it would get noticed that way :)
Tilly, whilst that is an option it kind of defeats the idea of wearing a low cut dress, but thanks for the idea.
