Its Christmas Eve

Just noticed the clock-its Christmas Eve. Wish all a very happy and contented time however they may celebrate. We are going to have a quiet family Christmas with much joy and happiness from seeing each other and being grateful and glad for our respective lots. Some good home cooked food and a warm fire-chilling out and having a laugh. Time to be thankful and make each moment with loved ones memorable. :)

I've made a pannecotta and I'm not sure it'll set properly, if it doesn't, I'll have to get an apfel struedel out of the freezer instead, as a pud! It's a culinary problem and it seemed a long time ahead, but now it's Christmas Eve, it seems more imminent.
