I need a catchy country/western theme saying or slogan for a dinner/dance. Please help! It is for our church so it has to be in good manner.

A pity about your request for titles in good taste, Michelle; Country & Western and good taste don't usually go together. Have a look at this site:

You might not find what you want, but at least you'll have a laugh.

A lot of sayings or slogans here in the western U.S. have to do with place names...The Powder River (a tributary of the Yellowstone River) "to dry to drink, to wet to walk on"... It's also known as "a mile wide and an inch deep".
Montana is "Big Sky Country", Wyoming is the Cowboy State are also examples.
A "high maintenance woman" would be said to "be more ornamental than useful", but if she was particularly attractive, she'd "be prettier than a red heiffer in a flower bed"...

Other nuggets are "Never squat with your spurs on", "Timing has a lot to do with the success of a rain dance", "Talk low, talk slow and don't say to much" (attributed to John Wayne), and one of my favorites, "Always drink upstream from the herd", and lastly "The woman is always right, unless the man is real dumb"... (None are copyrighted)

...and, Texans have a phrase "All Hat and no cattle" which applies to people that dress and act the part, but are pretending to be what they aren't.... Good luck!
Rhinestone Cowboys/Calamity Janes
"I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy."
